Cancellation Policy

Cancellations made with less than 14 days’ notice will result in the forfeiture of 50% of the deposit, as they fall within our standard booking period, making it difficult to rebook the reserved space on such short notice.

Conversely, if the cancellation is made with less than 48 hours’ notice, the full amount of the contracted service will be charged, as it is practically impossible to rebook that space on such short notice.

Bad Weather Cancellation Policy

Should the port close for any reason, or in the event of heavy rain or intense storms, we will do our best to reschedule your experience in coordination with you. If rescheduling is not feasible, we will refund 100% of the amount paid.

We understand that weather conditions are beyond our control, and you should not have to bear any cost because of them!
